Andrea brings a wealth of information about deep anatomy and maintenance for those who really want to understand the physical and subtle body systems that yoga practices affect.

Typical Daily Schedule:
06.30 : Kriyas (Cleansing exercises), Meditation, Pranayama
9.30 : Breakfast and break
10.30 : Group learning time, an alive, interactive look at : Yoga Theory, Methodology, Philosophy or Anatomy.
13.00 : Lunch Break.
15.00 : Group Work, Teaching skills
16.30 – 6.00 : Evening practice suitable to how the group is feeling and flowing. Yin, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra …
During the immersion we will have several days off that will allow you to explore a little of this beautiful part of New Zealand. Steve has taught Yoga Asana, Pranayama and Mediataion more than 10,000 hours for over 12 years. Studio classes, private classes, yoga retreats and yoga teacher trainings. He has studied many styles of yoga and meditation, in many countries, with many teachers. His relaxed style and humour flows easily throughout his teaching to create a very nurturing teaching environment. For the past 3 years he has been offering and involved in teacher trainings in Bali, New Zealand, Spain, Pakistan and Thailand.
ANDREA PELOSO (CANADA) – E-RYT200 and so much more !
Andrea Peloso began yoga as a teen and has been teaching full time for 18 years with over 15 000 hours of teaching experience. Her teaching has brought her across Canada, as well as to the United States and Japan.
Andrea has over 2000 hours of yoga training and more than 800 hours of study with Judith Lasater who she has assisted and studied with since 2004. After assisting and studying for over 300 hours with Judith as well as teaching lead classes she began offering her own Restorative trainings and other trainings in 2010.
She also has studied with Ramanad Patel, and has hundreds of hours of study with many senior teachers.
Andrea has an energetic, gentle and caring teaching style and seeks to make her classes highly educational, straightforward, fun, as safe as possible and inclusive. Andrea is known for attempting jokes in class and sometimes succeeds at being funny.
