Payments
Your NZD500 deposit can be paid securely by credit card during booking or via bank transfer to a New Zealand bank account. Please contact us if you would like our bank details.
For international transfers, we recommend using Wise (formerly TransferWise), as their exchange rates and fees are typically much lower than traditional banks.
The remaining balance can be paid anytime up to 2 weeks before your training begins.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
- Cancel 45 days or more before your training starts, and we’ll provide a full refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel within 45 days of the training, your deposit is non-refundable, but we’ll happily transfer it to a future Yoga Teacher Training so you don’t miss out when the timing is right.
- Refunds and transfers apply only to bookings made directly with Asia Pacific Yoga.
- If you booked through a third-party platform (such as BookYogaRetreats), any cancellations or refund requests must be handled directly with them and are subject to their policies. Many third-party booking platforms provide store credit rather than cash refunds.
