PAKISTAN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING.

Asia Pacific Yoga in combination with Tactack Events has created and completed the first PAKISTAN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Lead teacher Steve Hall and assistant teacher and event motivator Saba Rana have taken 13 students through the 200 hour training PAKISTAN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING as per Yoga Alliance regulations.

The training happened in the stunning valleys in the Karakoram and Himalaya mountains near Skardu.

All the students were from Pakistan. From Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and Hyderabad.

Together they completed a 21 day, 200 hour programme starting at 6.30 am and finishing at 7pm each day. We were blessed with such beautiful weather, and often practiced and lectured outside in the sunshine.

This first international PAKISTAN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING was such a success that we will repeat this some time next year !! Meanwhile the first PAKISTAN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING trachers are starting to spread the Hatha Vinyasa teachings throughout Pakistan.
