ANDREA is an assistant to JUDITH LASATER, one of the worlds leading RESTORATIVE YOGA exponents.

Andrea brings a wealth of information about deep anatomy and maintenance for those who really want to understand the physical and subtle body systems that yoga practices affect.


This training will also cover some Yin practices,  Hatha Flow, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.

Restorative Yoga 20 hour teacher training

This training will be a multi-faceted and rich exploration to inform the personal study as well as teaching skills of each student. Key poses in Restorative Yoga as well as new and wonderful variations will be explored in detail and students will leave with a rich repertoire of poses to draw from in beginning to teach classes.

The art of facilitating passive release and relaxation through the use of props will be explored in detail. Students will learn the joys of restorative yoga through first-hand experience of the postures, and will also learn hands on experience in how to teach students of all levels. Also, students will learn the physiological and biomechanical elements of each pose as well as deeper therapeutic aspects as time allows.

Restorative Yoga 20 hour teacher trainingTeaching restorative classes and private students will be explored as well as the science of why Restorative Yoga is such a powerful healing tool. During each class, students will both receive and learn to setup restorative postures with increasing independence. Each pose will have 1 – 5 modifications to accommodate different bodies. An extensive repertoire of postures will be passed on to students with the detail necessary to bring depth and life-changing benefits to students. Most importantly, students will themselves learn about their own self care and practice. Our class setting will be a fun and caring environment that strives to respect all people and is breastfeeding and body positive.
