The 300 hour yoga teacher training rolls along, day after day, pranayama and asana practise, rest, food, lecture, food, rest, lecture, lecture, tea chanting , asana practise, dinner….. repeat!!
Blissful days, oh did I mention the odd massage to take the crinkles out of fascia.
The learning and the detoxing go hand in hand. All contributing to refinding a feeling of wellness that has eluded me for some time. I have soldiered on, but internally I know what the toll has been.
Things are lifting, things are changing … as it should be.
